Harvesters U12 Girls Team
Harvesters U12 girls are playing in the Hertfordshire Girls Football Patnership League season 2012/13. Home matches are played on Saturday mornings. Away kick offs will be notified the week of the match.
The team trains on the all weather pitch every Tuesday evening from 7.15pm - 8.30pm. Please can parents stay on-site for the training, injuries do occasionally happen and we don't want to be searching for missing parents ! As the weather gets colder please can parents ensure girls have hats, gloves and warm clothes for training.
Our games are 9 a side and we play two halves of 30 minutes. The emphasis is on fun and all players in the team will get to play. We are allowed unlimited rolling subs throughout the game.
Parents please support the girls and encourage them during the game. Please resist the urge to tell them what to do during the game ( having a manager and coach doing that is enough for the girls to cope with ! ).
Please note footwear rules for the all weather pitch : Only footwear allowed - moulded plastic studs, dimpled astro trainers and screw in rubber studs. No blades of any kind, flat soled trainers or metal studs are allowed. Any players (or coaching staff !) found with the wrong footwear will be asked to leave the pitch.
